Provided by YP.comDo Not go here! We have spent so much for tests multiple times & none of the doctors there found anything to treat my cat, Sunny for. They had him in their care for a whole day & Never noticed he has bad asthma & coughs a Lot. Dr Mann was rude & mean to us when my elderly, sick cat was dying. They only offered sub q fluids when I suggested it to relieve his dehydration & make him more comfortable & then they charged through the nose for it! When we had had no fleas at all, one of my other cats who's allergic to them was at their office for a shot. By the next day she was chewing on herself & we were spending hundreds to treat all our pets for fleas before they got a foothold in our house. Bad experience almost every time we were there!

Provided by YPmobileI can't say enough positive things about this vet. The level of caring and understanding from all members of staff is incredible. They explain everything very clearly and make sure the visits are positive and as stress free as possible for both the animals and the owners.

Provided by YP.comI give a 5 star rating. I recently moved to the area and found them to be rated highly by both 'checkbook' and 'angie's list'. In addition, I walk my dog in a local 'bark park' and a couple people I met there take their dogs their and recommended them. My dog is kind of skiddish and she seems comfortable with all the staff there. I have used both the vets and boarding service and would suggest them to any of my friends. If I have a question for one of the vets they always call me back within a day. Can't say that about my own doctor!

Provided by YP.comI was referred to Pike Creek Animal Hospital about 10 years ago by a friend when I was frustrated with the facility I was taking my two dogs and three cats. I have been very happy since and referred numerous friends. I believe the doctors and staff provide very good care at a reasonable price. I noted recently they were highly rated by 'Checkbook' and 'Angie's List'.
What I like:
1. They are like family. I see familiar faces whenever I go in. At my previous vet there was always a new receptionist or doctor and I never felt they knew me or my pets.
2. I feel they give me options for care of my pets and don't always just offer only one way to solve a problem, like my old vet...Which by coincidence was always the most expensive option.
3. Cost: Not cheap, but fair. The recent friends I have referred for a second opinion all feel that the cost of procedures were significantly less than their other vet.
4. Convenient hours. Evening appointment 5 days a week and open Saturday mornings.
My only grip: While I enjoy the fish tank in the waiting room, sometimes when it is busy it seems a little small and they need cushions on their benches!
That said, I will never go anyplace else.

Provided by YPmobileTook my dog here for allergy problems and they seemed really nice but when he had 12 straight hours of vomiting and diarrhea due to the medicine they gave him, they were completely useless. I called twice and the receptionist kept ensuring me the vet was going to call me back but never did. Finally, I called one more time and they bluntly said she does not have time to call you, she is off for the rest of they day. And I should bring him in for an exam of I was really concerned. They just want to make money off of people and do not actually care about the animals. Dr. Q could of atleast returned my phone call to advise the situation, instead of having the receptionist play Doctor. Need less to say I'm never taking my dog back there.

Provided by YP.comPike Creek Animal Hospital has been professionally caring for my MANY dogs over the 15 year period I have lived in the area. The technicians (Kathy, Lea, Colleen, Monica, Cindy, Linda, Heidi, Becky, Tara, Angela, Tracy, et al) have always extended themselves way above and beyond in their thoughtfulness and kindness to all my pets. There has been VERY little technician turnover in all those years, if at all, so you know they are exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely organized. I cannot express the lengths they have gone through for the comfort of an ailing dog. I foster and rescue Greyhounds. They are often older, have racing injuries, or due to their propensity for cancer, they need constant veterinary care. So, my visits are exorbitant. Dr. Mckersie, Dr. Cumpstone, Dr. Richardson, Dr. Olsen, Dr. Quigley and Dr. Mann have proved to be invaluable with swift diagnosis, cutting edge procedures, humane care and benevolence even when you are being faced with the news that your beloved pet may not make it. I truly cannot imagine taking any one of my pets anywhere else. I do not hesitate to refer their services to the many pet owners I come in contact with.

Provided by YP.comWishing to speak with any of the doctors about my concerns of staff unprofessionalism, I was met with a solid answer that noone wished to speak with me. As a professional myself (counselor), I have been left amazed with the lack of respect they have shown me. I still cannot get over it! I figured I would write this, believing that if they act this way to one, they will act this way to all. If you wish to seek a hospital that is compassionate to you about your concerns about your pets, DO NOT look here.... I
