Worst service ever ! They have been harassing my family since they bailed my family member out of jail (Two days AFTER we posted the bond. People assigned in the Paterson office screamed at my mother over the phone. They are very disrespectful and should be put out of business for wrongful practices. If anyone knows how to complain to the police or the BBB please let me know or do it yourselves.

They are liars and very disrespectful.I will never use Aarons again.Save yourself the trouble and don't be conned by them.

This place is so horrible they take forever to bail the person out �������� it's been two days since I made a payment now they say they waiting for bpiq which might take 72 hours to be clean����

Horrible customer experience, I was asked to pay money before the even secured a bank willing to approve me. I asked in advance should I be proactive and bring in additional signers or the 75,000 bail. I as told think positive. 30 minutes later as the office closed Friday evening I was told I needed a Co signer the Paterson opens at 8 am on Saturday, newark at 10 and North Brunswick 12pm. I drove from Piscataway to Paterson at 6 am. The office did not open until 10am.

I called the office to complain about the bad information and bad service the girl just hung up on me.

I called back to ask for a supervisor and Zakeya got on the phone and pretended to be a supervisor she was helpful and pleasant. I told Zakeya I was headed to the Newark office she told me i could call and ask for her she was there until 7pm. when I arrived and called her she claimed she just left. I had my 2 Co signers fill out the paperwork anyway.

Zakeya is not a supervisor i found out later this title is above her pay grade. There are 2 supervisors and their names don't even sound like a Zakeya.



After paying on Friday I was told they wanted more money on Saturday .

A refund takes you filling out a form that takes 3 to 5 days to process and then they mail it to you
