We all hate when our vehicles stop working and most of us are not mechanics to figure out what the problem is. But I went to Cabeza's service center thinking that its been there for years and they have mechanics that have been working for over 20 years. But guess what, the said they needed to re-program my car key to the computer because they could not get any codes kick back to their code reader. I told them to give me a moment to think about the finances and I would call them back. Nonetheless, they called two more times to pressure me into giving them $350 to do the job. I later found out that there was no need to reprogram the key because the code reader would tell them regardless of the key working or not. I immediately got it towed to another mechanic. I was told buy a different mechanic (and he showed me a picture and I wish I could post that picture) that they CUT THE PGM-FI MAIN RELAY RED/WHITE CABLE!!!! I am a single mother, relying one income. Its incredible that THEY TRIED TO MAKE THE SITUATION BIGGER THAN IT REALLY WAS to get MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. This is ridiculous "SON LADRONES/ they are thieves". Don't go there. They'll make it worse by the way I only paid $325 to replace some fuses, a relay, and the damn cable they cut including labor.
