DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They pidgeon-holed us into using their floral service, and the flower arrangement never made it to the funeral!!! As an out-of-town mourner placing an order, I wanted to send our company condolences to the family in big way. They not only discouraged us using the bigger, national company - they made it seem as if we were required to use their floral service to guarantee that the flowers would make it from the funeral home to the church! Well, the very expensive flower arrangement never made it! This moment cannot be rectified, and there is NO DO-OVER! Our company is totally devastated! #NoWords
