Last November I contracted Haddad for a sewer scope inspection of 13 SEPARATE buildings. Their rate was $250/Hour with a minimum of 4 hours on site and $100 for a DVD containing the recorded video. In all I was charged $1,100...



But what I got in return was 1 minute and 32 seconds of footage from just ONE building, all of which is unusable because they sewer scoped vent pipes which I never asked them to do! I called to inquire about their poor services and never once did I receive a refund or even an apology. Two days later my credit card was charged for the full amount.



I'm a private architectural consultant who has worked with building owners and contractors throughout the entire united states and abroad but I have NEVER encountered a contractor less trust worthy than Haddad. Take that for what it's worth.
