This place is a rip off. They charge you a fee to move in over .8000 and when you move out they keep your deposit. Like
1500.00. You have to buy your own appliances and its a small place. Everything is old from back in the 60s. The sewage system backs up all the time. I had a rodent problem ants and squirrels. I had to pay for someone to come in they didn't supply maintenance. The security is always in your business in what goes on in your apartments. I lived there for 6 months I got back less than half of my security deposit. Now I call I can't get a call back to answer what happen to my money. I rate this company poor.

When I moved into High Park back in 2004 I thought it was a good place to live, until I moved in. From the beginning I had issues with the apts bathroom. There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom the was never addreessed correctly. Over the 7 1/2 yrs I lived there I had to deal with mold and the problem never being fixed properly. And at the time of departure, I was lied to about my deposit and was told I would be responsible for remodeling the apt for the next stockholder, which in fact isnt fair because I was told at the time of taking on the apt was to return it in the same condition I received it. So I do not recommed you live in these buildings, the apts are old and they do not fix the problems for the ppl living there now, they charge you for heat and hot water when they say its covered, also for those living there dont expect to get your deposit back cause they will find a way to keep it
