Insurance Claim or Renovation. Received quality estimate for a fee to give insurance company after damage done to my property. Included service call, consultation, pictures, expert opinion and line by line estimate of damage. This gave me an accurate amount of loss to return my property back to pre-claim condition.

The gentleman I dealt with was Derrick who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Worth paying fee upfront to get quality estimate. If I had to hire a public adjuster they would take 40-45% of estimate. Some contractors are not reliable and don't return your call or the estimate is not very good.

By using this contractor you may be able to negotiate a higher settlement from the insurance company.

Would highly recommend this company. I was very pleased with service received.
