Provided by YP.comI take my hat off to you guys. I’m a 15-year culinary professional and I am also new to the Newark Ironbound area. Last week I went to Manu’s for dinner for the first time and went back twice later that week. As an openly admitting food snob, I am very critical of food quality and general cleanliness. You guys are spot-on. Although I love the sushi, especially the “Incredible Roll”, due to the fact I had dinner on half price tapas Tuesday, I got hooked on your tapas. I must say that I was quite skeptical about the fusion of the Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. Again, I take my hat off. You do it well. Congratulations on your substantial achievement. Keep it coming.

Provided by YP.comThank you! I have to say that this place is by far the best little gem in Jersey. I'm a New Yorker through and through but unfortunately I have had to take up a job in Jersey, Newark that is. I was truly unhappy about having to leave the City but this place makes it all better. I feel like I found a New York style sushi place at Jersey prices. The place is beautiful, sophisticated and yet cozy. The Sushi is awesome! Fresh and very well priced. I was coming for dinner on a regular basis and now that you have started the $12 Bento Box lunch specials I find myself here twice a day. Anyway, I just want to say thank you having this place here, you make my workday bearable.

Provided by YP.comIts a nice spot to go and chill, not noise but yet not boring, great location minutes from Penn station Newark as well as local parking in the area or if you want to pay to park as well. Near a lot of other stores and cafe.
The food is really good, I am so hooked on the seaweed salad, as well as their shrimp and scallops cook in the garlic and light clam sauce.
being that this is my second time there, I have also tried their salmon and tuna sushi me, really good.
Great service, prices range from $5 to the most expensive dish that I saw was $20
I would def go again and bring friends with me.
I hope that they keep up what they are doing, and that who ever reads this will experience what I have...enjoy!
God Bless Hector R
