THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. THEY WRITE PERSONAL CHECKS THAT CAN NOT BE CASHED UNTIL WEEKS/MONTHS LATER. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY FROM ROMAN SECURITY

This company needs to be shut down. They do not respect their employees and do not pay their employees on time. We do not receive our paychecks until a week after our payday and sometimes our paychecks bounce due to insufficient funds. Several employees have filed a wage claim against them for this reason. The owner Sam has been having an affair for several years and he has a drug addict working there because they do not want to lose a contract with the addicts mother. They do not know how to run a business nor treat their employees.

Worst company to work for. They do not respect their employees and do not pay their employees on time. Sometimes we do not receive our paychecks until a week after we were supposed to get paid. Several employees have filed a wage claim against them for this reason. Do not work for them!
