Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a brand new steamer. I was promised delivery in 2 months and it took 5 months to get product delivered. Then a part broke. While the unit was still under warranty they picked up the part was told to have it back in a week it took 4 weeks and then they charged me on the warrantied part $1200.00 and was told you will make it up next time . coldest rudest customer service I have ever experienced in 30 years in business
