When someone runs a business, even auto salvage, the goal is to be polite and courteous. Your business states that it offers parts for vehicles that are domestic and foreign, just like the very people in the city of Newark. Unfortunately, that is not what this place represents. I realize that not everyday can be a good day, but when someone tries to be nice to you and courteous, the natural reaction of a human is to be nice back. This morning that did not happen. As my husband was trying to get to work, an older gentleman (I use this term loosely) was in the driveway of this business. My husband, was extending a courtesy to try to let this older gentleman either out of the driveway or to continue inside the driveway of the business. As the business appeared to be opening at this time. Again, unfortunately, the older gentleman decided that instead of saying thank you with a raised hand or words, he used racial slurs and vulgar language. We live in a world right now ruled by a leader that has taught us this is ok; this is not ok at all. I am an American born and raised right here in NJ. My husband is from another country but has lived here for almost 20 years. The hurtful language that was used toward him is the kind of thing that we will teach our daughter when she gets older that it is not ok. Acceptance of all people is the only way to make your business successful. Perhaps this older gentleman was having a bad morning, for that I am sorry. Perhaps the attitude of the older gentleman should reflect what your business offers. Domestic and foreign parts. You have 3 other reviews here that, well, they’re just simply not nice. I would suggest that this older gentleman (term used loosely) takes a hard look in the mirror at some point today and ask himself what happened. Due to the graphic language that was used towards my husband, I can not and will not repeat it. This is unfortunate and will do what i can to let others know how a racist works at or owns this business.

Very professional. I didn't know what was actually wrong with my vehicle. The tech hooked my car up and found out it was just a leaking vacuum hose.

These guys are fukin douchebags. I called and before I could mention the other car I was calling about... he hangs up. What a fukin tool
