DON'T GO HERE! We had arrived early for an event at the Prudential Center and needed a quick bite. The doorman saw us and expressed that this place was kid friendly, so we took a chance. It wasn't crowded and were quickly seated. The server Cassandra came over and took our drink order. I asked her what was on tap and she told us they have a lot. There was no beer list and she wasn't knowledgeable so I just picked from what I could see. She got the drinks and took our order. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. After about forty minutes the bar had really started to fill up and we had yet to receive our food. I stopped Casandra and she said she was sorry the kitchen was backed up. Mind you it was fairly empty when we came in and ordered. So we waited another twenty minutes, and I caught the waitress again and told her we had to leave. She said okay she would get the manager. Her and the manager walked right past us and into the kitchen after another few minutes some food came out. They said sorry about the wait and that the last meal would be right out. I began shoveling the food down because we now had to rush because the doors were open at the Prudential Center. It took another twenty minutes to get the last order! I asked for the check we received no discount, no items were removed, and the manager never came to speak with us about the service. We should have walked out on the bill, because honestly no one would have noticed. The food tasted like it was thrown together at the last minute. I repeat Don't go here! Unless you're drinking at the bar no one will give you the time of day.
