Inadequate Staff!! Unable to speak and deal with parents in a professional manner. Leon McGill is a very nasty and obnoxious individual who does not have the correct skills and development needed to work with youth. The center itself is very nice but the staff needs some professional development in the areas of customer service, manners, & etiquette. I am not pleased as a parent with the level of education the staff has nor the level of professionalism they posses. The staff here at this particular site are not align to have the best interest of the child at the forefront and do not treat every child fairly/equally. I would recommend sending your precious little one(s) to another facility where they can flourish and grow academically, socially, and mentally. UVSO has demonstrated they are not capable of accomplishing standards of learning as well as meeting the developmental needs of young children. I as an educator of 10 years advise those looking for quality education and professionalism to seek out other schooling options. Honestly.
