I had nightmarish evening at 70 gould ave in Newark N.j. wouldn't let get my package because address didn't match Id. Same company who leaves packages on my porch like FREE CANDY! never Id's who gets it or anything yet I wait in line for an hour till closing watch package sitting there only to be told no because address didn't match my Id seriously ? Who would come to ups in "GANG BANGER" area in front camera & police for a package that's not mine even after showing "Mr. MiKE" my N.J disability card at his discretion he still said no!Worst to me is when his assistant threw my package slip in the garbage then took it back out to give me.This was a brother who could had said yes but next time bring letter with new address but instead of helping a brother he used his discretion to stagnant one just because he could!Why is it we find joy in bringing another brother or sister sadness? I guess we're so brainwashed we don't mind showing same hatred our oppressor show us towards each other..

Very bad had a driver that was suppose to make a delivery and never showed for 2nd or 3rd but said he did no one was home missed a day's work pay waiting. Waited all day to find out what will happen next only to drive over and pick up anyway

1st of all your automation is very bad if you don't have a tracking number they hang up on you and second when you get through they say that they do not have a number for the different locations it I want to leave a message with someone I would like it to be with the branch or hub I am calling I would not use you I choose fedx or dhl over you anytime
