I would recommend best buy auto to anyone looking for a car, truck or suv. I recently bought a car from there and it has been great. Best buy gives you hastle free shopping with a no pressure to buy. I really like my new car and thank you to Allen for all his help and hard work. I will definently shop here again in the future.

I would like to thank Allen at Best Buy in Newark. I called and told him what I was looking for and he found me a great match right away. The entire experience was easy and fast. Allen didnt pressure me like some other dealerships do and my car has had no issues. I would say to anyone looking for a car, truck or suv give them a shot. You wont be disapointed.

Great service, had a problem a couple weeks after purchase and they fixed it for me with no warranty. My next BUY will be at Best Buy!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Best Buy Auto Sales. I would never recommend them to anyone. Explanations of the extended warranty varied, depending upon which employee spoke about it. They attempted to pressure me into buying one that day, claiming that the offer would expire if I thought about it until the following day after purchasing the car. I called the warranty carrier, who said I had up to 30 days to decide! The car has had issues within a couple weeks of purchase and Best Buy has done everything to avoid paying for the problems. I wish I had never done business with them.
