Had them for years and apparently son took over, then went down the toilet.....long story very short....numerous promises to look into...call me back the next week....check is in the mail when I returned 2-20 lb grill tanks at local store selling their product....this went on 2 months. Get this!.......Was told by replacement phone lady that former receptionist no longer worked there....was out sick...couldn't confirm/deny my discussion, and she was the owners wife!!!!

I let this percolate just to see if it would transpire into other's nightmare reviews. YEP!!!! The last call I was told they'd sent me check out on a Friday. I stated that if I did not receive by following Friday, that I then would supply this review. That was over a month ago, and zip on the check. If I still lived in their area and they were the only propane supplier, I would go straight electric first...at least the utility is still under PSC authority....for now. Just say NO to the cracker(graham)!!!!

Saddest excuse for a company ever!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would expect better from my toddler running a business out of our basement. These people are con artists preying upon people's desperation.



They have "lost" our HEAP on numerous occasions until we threaten to call the authorities. Then, they magically find it.



Their customer service is horrendous. Huge attitude and ego problems. They never answer messages or answer their supposed "emergency line" when you are out of heat in the dead of winter.



Then they set delivery dates and never show up. You call to find out what's going on, only to find out you were never on the schedule. They have lied to me, my mother in law, my boyfriend, and social services, always claiming they'll be there but again, NEVER SHOW UP. They then demand an 85 dollar delivery charge for your "emergency" visit, when you've supposedly been on the schedule for weeks!!



Absolutely the worst company I've ever seen in my life. If you want terrible customer service, to be lied to repeatedly, be charged up the wazoo for services they don't even provide, and freeze in the middle of winter, then Graham's is the company for you!
