These people were beyond rude. I went Monday around noon and they were very busy. They told me it would be an hour, I said ok and signed in on the computer. When I went to sign in by name I could not be found. I indicated I wanted a full perm on the computer. I returned 50 minutes later and neither stylist gave her name. The young girl said oh you want a perm? I leave at 1:30 I can't do it. She then called over the other stylist who was gabbing and highlighting the same hair she was doing when I left the first time.....oh we can't do a perm today! I said are all your appts. booked? No answer. Well can you come another day? no. well you can come at night I said you had me wait an hour AFTER SIGNING IN AND NOW YOU CAN'T PERFORM THE SERVICE i REQUESTED? Sorry, I should have read the computer.No solution wasoffered. There is no customer service in Newark& whoever is managing the salon better check her staffing. It was not a holiday or a day off from school.
