I was a bystander today, and witnessed an interaction between a customer and the owner. A customer was attempting to return an item that he purchased earlier that day - he took it home only to discover it was broken. 1 Up claims it has a 6 day return policy, however, when the customer attempted to return the item, the owner immediately started blaming the customer, accusing him of breaking the item on purpose, lying, and trying to pull one over on the owner. The customer tried to explain that he discovered the system was broken as soon as he turned it on when he got home, and just wanted to return the item. The owner again blamed the customer, accusing him of having a vendetta against him and his family he was trying to support. I was shocked by the low-level of customer service exhibited by the owner, as well as his immaturity. I was even more shocked when friends of the owner stepped into the conversation and threatened to harm the customer. I will never be going to this establishment again, and would discourage everyone from spending their money at this store. Shame on the owner. I used to support 1 Up Gaming, but will never spend another dime here again.

The owner is a crook. Knowingly sells customers broken systems and products, and blames the customers for breaking the items upon attempting to return items. Poor customer service, calls customers liars. Asks his friends to give him good reviews on Facebook to improve his image.

This is a used video game store with good prices and good service. They have a nice selection of games. The store is clean and the staff is helpful.
