Provided by YP.comKenneth Oswalt does not understand Ohio law and that is proven each time a Licking County case goes to the Supreme Court. He is an arrogant idiot and belongs behind bars for his corruption and the crimes he commits against innocent people. The people in his office have to know he is crooked so why don't they report him like they are obligated to do. Mark Zanghi is nothing more than a hired thug.
