Horrible horrible customer service. Tried to return boots i purchased 5 days ago with sales slip and box. Boots were worn once with mild dry sand on them. The bald headed guy was rude and would not let me even have an instore credit and also had to tell me that the sorel boot is good for -40 degrees. Um just because it says that doesn't mean it will live up to that standard. Will not shop there again. Gave a small business a try but it was a truly bad experience in the end. You will not be a successful business if you treat people the way you treated me. Bald headed guy. Oh by the way this sorel boot does get bad reveiws on other sites. Good luck.

As far as Christmas walk night ,IT was very busy in the stores with alot of teens running in and out WITHOUT coats, I thank the merchants for doing what they do. As far as overpriced I bought some P.J. bottoms for $ 10 bucks and a woolrich vest for 50% off only $15

TERRIBLE customer service to individuals browsing in this store. The owner told people they didn't carry items in their size...the people in question were as small as a size 5...OVERPRICED
