The company supports the Pamida Foundation that offers charitable contributions to community organizations for disabled and underprivileged people. Its foundation contributes to Big Brothers, Big Sisters, DARE Programs, Head Start Programs, Kinship Mentoring Programs, Salvation Army, Senior Centers, United Way and food pantries. It sponsors several events, including Shop with a Cop, Relay for Life, Hometown Hero Day, Canine Rescue, golf tournaments, Farmer s Markets, and Fire and Bicycle safety programs.
