Beverly Braden my dog spent three days in the hospital. The vet said his muscles were traumatized to the point of breaking down. You had my dog from 10 am until 345 pm ( I even called you at 1:30 to see if he was ok and if i could pick him up) he couldn�t walk when I came to get him he crawled from the back of your facility literally. After he came home from hospital. You called and said � I am so sorry I take full responsibility for this and I will do what ever it takes to make it right.� Well I have reached out to you after paying my 1200.00 vet bill and you shut me down instead of doing what you should and pay for the vet bill �Your� facility caused. My dog walked into your facility and he couldn�t walk out. That is a �fact�! People need to know. My dog is like one of my children. He is a family member and people wouldn�t stand for dropping your child off at daycare and coming back to pick them up and they are unable to walk. No one would ever allow this. And I will believe that nobody should ever have to go through this. Truth, he walked in and he DID NOT walk out. You know this to be fact. After three days on morphine and pain meds he is now walking and doing great. As someone who cares for others family members and as a business owner I would think you would as you put it � do the right thing�. Yet though we have reached out to you numerous times you refuse to pay for his bill. Now we have to go to court. And this is not about the money it is about making sure this NEVER happens to any other animal again.
