There is nothing Urgent about this place. I literally sat in the waiting room for two hour on a lonely weekday. I then walked out and went across the street to St. Mary's and was attended efficiently. Never again will I waste my time with Deaconess

I was able to be seen promptly and courteously on Christmas day. The nurse and doctor were friendly and compassionate. The only annoyance was the other patients in the waiting room being so noisy.

I have been to deaconess urgent care umpteen times. They are very efficient and professional. I have chronic acute sinusitis. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Went due to a sinus infection. They are rude. I saw a nurse practioner who thought she was god and was super condescending. We have to pay for a service and still get treated like inferior humans.

I obviously went to the wrong place but unfortunately did not realise this untill spending 2 hours in the waiting room and 3 hours in a room. I had a very bad earachea and still do.

I was referred to social workers from cross pointe because Cabera decided after a five minute interview that i should take lithium. This was over 5 years ago and I stopped the lithium within three weeks because i found out that it is dangerous. I was embarrassed, demeaned and extremely disapointed.
