My daughter's wedding party us...

My daughter's wedding party used Ella Park for their menswear. 5 of the 7 men had improperly sized clothes. Only 1 was able to have it fixed prior to the wedding. Each one was measured by an Ella Park associate. We handled the wedding with rolled shirt sleeves and unbuttoned vests but the real troubling part was the owner's response after the fact. Upon returning the clothes and expressing my displeasure, I was given many excuses for why it wasn't their fault and only received an apology after I asked for one. Very poor customer service that came directly from the owners! I do not recommend the use of Ella Park for any reason, but certainly not for menswear!

As always, we give our 110% on trying to satisfy each and every customer and occasionally we error. It's not a lack of knowledge, it's certainly not a lack of effort, we're human, and thus, not perfect. Our mistake was actually trying to explain the issues truthfully but at the end of the day, it did not satisfy her complaint. We learn from our customers and we've learned a valuable lesson in service. We accept responsibility for our actions and thank our customers for helping us realize areas to improve our business.
