If I could rate it a zero, I would. My dog was their early in the morning, not busy at all and the place smelled awful! Perhaps you should not have carpeting if you can't keep it fresh smelling? Owner not friendly at all and she shaved my dog right down to the skin. Never again! I have since gone to another place that had 5 other dogs there and it smelled fresh and clean.

I brought my Lab and my schnauzer here last week. They did a great job. Susie felt so sleek and clean and still smells great. Jake (schnauzer) look great, he was a little matted so his legs were shorter than normal but that was my fault he just loves to get in the high brush with Susie. I also must add that the online booking is awesome. I've lived in a couple different states and never had a groomer with online booking. I booked my appointments at 2am and got an immediate confirmation, and even a text reminder the morning of the appointment. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

I am sorry someone place thought the shop was dirty. We strive to keep a clean shop, but if you catch us at just the right time when we are up to our eyeballs in dog hair, no, it may not be the best representation of our shop. Yes, when people bring in stinky dogs, the smell tends to linger on occasion, yes, some clients let their dogs potty on our floor, it is out of our control. The carpets ARE shampooed on a regular basis.

I have taken my dogs to Groomingdales for years...probably since they first opened. I have NEVER had a bad experience and my dogs have really enjoyed going there! I used to tell my WInston "Go see Angie, see puppies, get a bath" and he knew exactly where we were going and looked forward to it. My new dog is a "fear biter" and I was pretty certain that they wouldn't even take him. Not only did they not hesitate, but they love him. They are patient, gentle and they finish the job no matter how late they have to stay. I won't take him anywhere else and I appreciate the care and attention they pay to ALL of their clients - after all, they are the ones that really matter.

My furry children enjoy going toAngie for their weekly grooming. I have entrusted my 3 Cockers for over 7 years. The groomers are like an extended family which I trust and respect. When we lost our little Abby last year to Lymphoma they grieved our loss with us. I could not find a better group of professionals anywhere and highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. When I am out with my Cockers everyone comments on how beautifully they are groomed. I let them know that it is all the work of the groomers at Groomingdales. there have been places that my dog hestitates when you try to take her in the door!! at paws, they love my dogs and i can tell, because my dogs love to go there. they are friendly and professional. and yes....sometimes too busy....but that's because even when i call at the last minute they try to accomodate and give me a time. the most important thing to me is how they treat my pets.The reviews I have read on Groomigndales certainly does not give them justice. Not only have I taken my pet to be groomed by them for many years but so has 3 of my family members. Groomingdales is the best groomers in the City of Newburgh, in and I have tried many. My dog, Skeeter, is happy to go there which says a great deal in itself. The grooming has always been first-class. You may have to wait a week or two to make an appointment but that is no different than a regular hair salon when you want the best. Thank you Groomingdales for the excellent service that you have provided me and my family.

A great place to have your pet groomed. Reasonable price and amazing service. No more 6 hours grooms, my pooch gets right in and out. Smells great and acts happy. Great cut and friendly service.

This is a great place I've been taking Sadie there for two years. We are always pleased.

Well i stopped by for my billionth time and once again it was amazing and id recommend for professional groom.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
