Provided by YP.comI am a frequent customer of this salon and I am not aware of anyone leaving since November of 2008. So if you just went in August, that would mean that you waited 9 months between cuts? So really you probably had them working double time just to get you back from caveperson to human. (Sorry Geico Caveman) As far as not facing the mirror? I get turned in all directions, they cant cut your hair with you just facing the mirror. Hope you find what you are looking for next year.

Provided by YP.comI have been to Impulse 4 times now. On the day before my last visit, I was informed that my stylist was no longer there. I asked where she went but was not told. I went ahead with my appointment with a different stylist. Big mistake. She was unfriendly and kept me faced away from the mirror the whole time she was cutting my hair. I was not happy with the results. I will not be going back. I am going to try to find out where my first stylist went.
LaMont 72, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, as you know we have lots of stylists and apologize for the one stylist that you werent happy with. If you were happy the previous 3 times, I can assure you that we can duplicate those experiences as all the staff is trained consistently. So give us a call and we will put you with a stylist that fits your preferences. Please also accept this offer for a complimentary haircut on your next visit.

Provided by YP.comjust a great, happy place to be. the decor is so uplifting, the people are all friendly and the results are wonderful. the haircut i got has been exactly what i wanted and easy to maintain. i have received many compliments from others. i would, and have recommended this salon to my friends.

Provided by YP.comI went to the salon over the holidays and could not believe how much they care about the customer. My hair has never looked this great and I have been to many salons. It seemed like I was part of a family and the atmosphere was amazing. Thanks for making me look great. I know I have had unruly curly hair that doesnt like to cooperate, you did an excellent job. You have a customer for life.

Provided by YP.comI just love this place! The girl who did my hair...Katie I think her name was, was just great! She was friendly and very attentive. I have thick wavy hair and every time I get my hair done anywhere all the stylist will do is complain about how much hair I have and she didnt complain once! She even took extra time to straighten it perfectly! I have never walked out of a salon feeling so good about the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone especially those looking for an up to date look or great color! You guys rock!

Provided by YP.comI agree that the service from the front desk was out of this world! They took my coat, offered me a drink and showed me to the lovely waiting area. It was all down hill from there! The stylist I had kept insulting me and the person who had done my hair previously. She said I was using the wrong shampoo and that my hair was in terrible condition and said that my highlights and lowlights were not done well. While I appreciate constructive criticism, she came across as quite rude and didn't speak to me other than to insult. But above all, the haircut I received wasn't good because one side was visibly longer than the other and she told me that she didn't have time to fix it or to style my hair because her next appointment had arrived.
I was hoping they would be my new salon, but I will keep shopping!
Sally1975- I am very sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate experience with our salon. We strive to keep everyone educated and up to date with the latest techniques and looks. We are very passionate about what we do and sometimes have to remind ourselved to "take a moment" when recommending professional products. We have seen the results from our shampoos and conditioners and testimonials from customers cements what we believe works best for our region. I do apologize that we were too agressive regarding the products. I will also review with our staff the importance of professional constructive criticism. As you know, once you build a relationship with a stylist, its a bond that is rarely broken. Occassionaly there are some areas that need be tweaked with haircuts. Thank you for bringing to my attention that the stylist did not have time because of their next appointment. It shocks me since we put a huge emphases on customer service. Please contact me as I would love the opportunity for you to re-experience our salon the way that you deserve. Thank you again for the feedback.

I went in expecting good service since I was referred there by a friend and what I got was service that was unbelievable, everyone was attentive to my needs and they seemed to know what I was going to want before I even asked. The hair services and facials were great. They took my coat, offered me beverages and snacks, I felt like a queen as they waited on me hand and foot. An experience I will definitely remember. Thanks alot!
