Never again. Dropped my daughter off and asked for a fill in. Come back and they gave her. Complete new set without asking me or her! Plus fussed at her for bumping one nail and said “this is why I told you gel nail”. Rude rude rude. Never again! I’d give zero stars if it would let me.

Been going for 2+ years to Cyndi. She does an excellent job especially with gel nails. I love the French Mani and pedi.

Never in my life had I been so disrespected, especially by someone who gets paid for what they do and how good of a job they do. I have been to several nail salons and if I every had a problem with the way they looked i wouldn't even have to say anything they would just fix them. Out of the 4 different people that literally worked on my nails not one of them offered. I had to tell them more than once that the guy who started on my nails cracked the whole tip of my pointer finger and they tried to just take super glue on the under neath. They finally fixed it after I complained for about 15 min but the lady who did was very rude and had an attitude. When it came down to me asking for a design you wouldve thought they had never done them in their lives. The manager is who ended up making the one fix my cracked nail and as soon as the manager went home the whole "ora" in the room COMPLETELY changed. They all stared at me and my friend who also got hers done. She didn't have any problems with her nails just didn't like the vibe and looks we were being from all them while they were talking in their language.

Fairly good service and good, quality work. Seem to waffle on prices, in the upward direction. Many of the techs are still in obvious traning.
