I was misled from the beginning about the cost of the therapy. I was told that my portion of each visit (30%) would be approximately $30. Costing approx. $100 per treatment.

13 visits later (and my LAST vist) my insurance processed the first several visits. The first visit I was charged $490.17...with a total charge of $3811.86. After my insurance negotiated that down, the balance was still $2318.64. That averages to $178 per treatment. 30% of that is $54. (not $30!!!) Being on a fixed income that's a huge difference. I had to stop rehab and set up payments. I have paid the the last of my installments and will never return to Pro Rehab and will continue to discourage everyone I know to avoid this company. They are all about the bottom line. $$

Worst place ever. Forgot me one day in the clinic. Went to ATI and was better after 4 visits. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that actually cares about you and not why they can bill.
