Nice area anytime I have drove threw property is clean and picked up

I would not recommend at all!! At first everything was good. It was a quiet community until they built the 3 and 4 bedrooms and starting letting everyone and everything move in. It got noisy, cars were getting broke into every night, fights in the parking lot and much more. We had to call the police on several occations. There are also two convicted child molesters that reside here. They advertise on a few websites that their 1 and 2 bedrooms have energy efficent heating and air. We had a professional come in to fix our heating which the maintance couldn't do because they are very unqualified and nearly caught our apt on fire...anyhow the professional came in and said that it's about 10 years outdated and never was energy efficient. Now they are wanting to raise the rent $50 a month.
