I also have to leave a negative review unfortunately. My review is not on the flooring itself because the flooring is beautiful, my review is on the company, workers, and owners. The installers were sloppy and had absolutely no respect for our home. Our brand new appliances were covered in grout hand prints which took me quite a bit of time to clean off. There was grout on both our bathroom and porcelain kitchen sink. There was grout on our freshly painted walls which we had just paid to get painted and there were scratches covering the top of our washer and dryer which we owned for 3 days and hadn't even gotten a chance to use yet. All of these things I was willing to overlook because the floors were very pretty and what I asked for, however when speaking with the owner about these issues he immediately got defensive and began to say things like "well we weren't paid to move your appliances" even though he cleared moving them for me a week before. He blamed us as the consumer for his employees wrong doings and never once apologized or sympathized. He even went so far as to try to blame the scratches on a stray cat that was outside. I also overlooked these things because I don't let little things bother me and I had recently been informed that the owner was dealing with a personal issue at the time. It wasn't until Carl went onto a social platform and blatantly lied and manipulated facts in order to make us as the victims look like we were attacking him that I felt I needed to speak up and no longer overlook their wrong doings. I feel if you are looking for quality flooring installed by someone who genuinely cares about their profession and your home you will have better luck somewhere else. It is clear the workers here wanted to just get it done as quickly and sloppily as possible then sweep their incompetency under the rug. It is with a heavy heart that I have to for the first time in my life write a bad review for a family owned business.

The installation of the new flooring in the two bathrooms and kitchen looked great. However, the installer didn't reconnect the toilet properly, and it ended up leaking all day into room below, while he was working on the other bathroom. I paid them to have the toilet moved and replaced correctly, and when I complained to the owner, he said (without even coming over to check the work) that there's a decent chance that it was just the bad plumbing in the house, and "we're not plumbers, and usually nothing goes wrong."



What really got me was that he just wouldn't try to make good on the screw-up.
