Collision Repair Specialist. Insurance Relations: We work with ALL automobile insurance companies and carriers on a daily basis. We handle the Automobile claim process for you. There are only 2 things you have to do: 1) Call your agent to file the claim 2) Let them know that Ted Brown's Quality Paint and Body Shop will be repairing your vehicle. We will gladly handle the insurance company and make sure every aspect of the collision is inspected and safe. We will work from any insurance adjusters estimate. If there are additional damages to your car, that your adjuster may have missed or possibly did not see because the car was not disassembled when the estimate was written. We will supplement those damages to your insurance company. Our customers are our #1 priority. We know how to "cut through the red tape" when dealing with the insurance company. All parts and paint products are warranted by the manufacturer through Ted Brown's Quality Paint and Body Shop. Paint and Body Shop Departments: Ted Brown's is built on an impeccable reputation because of our ASE, Spies Hecker Paint, and Paint Matching Certifications. All vehicle paint codes are found on our computer software, test cards are then sprayed and compared to your vehicles finish, we tint the paint to match YOUR car- not your code. We do this to assure a perfect match everytime because the suns rays can drastically fade your paint from the original color, thus making the original code not match. All finishes are applied in our dust-free, well lit, heated, and eco-friendly paint booth. After applied, the paint is then baked onto your car, in our booth, to dry and harden the paint. Our paint booth has 99% Efficiency filters which reduces emissions and protects the environment. We are equipped with the industries leading brand frame alignment system, with computer generated specifications to guarantee your frame is back in proper alignment.
