I've dined all over the Hudson Valley and throughout the world. This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in my life! I met some friends for dinner tonight. We ordered steaks and sides. My side was so hot it burned my tongue and roof of my mouth....ever put a frying pan in your mouth? Asked for a manager...expressed my anger. Manager blamed me for not "blowing on my food" and threatened to kick me out for yelling at him. We asked for the check immediately. In addition, he tried to bill me for my meal! I had an additional argument with Jeff...the "manager" to get my meal, which I didn't eat and scorched my mouth, removed from the bill. The most angry I've ever been in a restaurant. Deep down, this manager, "maybe even the ownership?" doesn't really care about their customers. Can I vote zero stars? They don't even deserve 1!!
