Best hotel I have ever stayed at, very clean, staff very friendly, I stay there all the time and have never stayed in a room that smeeled like smoke, maybe because I do not smoke in the room. I enjoy the indoor heated pool;-)

Terrible!! I had stayed for 2 days in a nonsmoking room that smelt like smoke. Had reported to front desk and asked to move but were sold out. 2 days after check out i had been charged 200$ for supposedly smoking in room.Why is this when my wife and i are non-smokers and even if we did we had our son with us. I am in the hotel buisness myself so i know procedures and such and this is very unacceptable. they refuse to reinburse me the 200$ so im stuck paying for someone elses stupidity. If you want fingers pointed at you and get charged for things you did not do, this is the place for you.I will NEVER stay at this brand again. I suggest you do the same. Only reason i gave a star is because i had to in order to submit this review.

Graet stay at this hotel. Cleanest hotel everstayed in my life.
