Do not answer phone. Tracking said they delivered but it is not here. And you can not get any other information. Would not recommended them.

Too bad you cannot give negative stars. What ever happened to setting a date when you can have your package delivered. Impossible to do with Fed Ex. Terrible, terrible, terrible

for the THIRD time this year, I was given a door tag that a package could not be delivered (signature required) AND I WAS HOME AT THE TIME. No knock, no phone call.... just a door tag and they are outta there. It boggles the mind how little they are willing to do for the customer.

I ordered a Christmas gift 12/9. It was shipped by FedEx on 12/10 for delivery on/or before 12/15. It is now 12/19 and after REPEATED calls to the FedEx Corp., I still do NOT have the package. Worse yet, I don't even get requested follow-up phone calls from the Newburgh facility. The tracer scan shows the driver "attempted" to deliver it on 12/14 at 6:58 pm. This is lie number 1. We were home from 2pm thru 7:45pm. No attempt was made. I spoke with a Newburgh rep on 12/15 (the only call returned) and was ASSURED I would have the package delivered on 12/16 between 2pm and 8pm. Once again, I stayed home and waited, and waited, and waited! NOTHING!!!!! No package, no follow-up call to see if I got it, no nothing. I have called the 800 number now 6 times in 5 days and still have no answers. The truly ironic part of the whole mess, I paid EXTRA to have the shipping expedited. No gift for me, no answers for me. I get a charge on my credit card. SHAME ON YOU FEDEX, SHAME ON YOU
