I bought the showroom finish on Thursday 08 March 2018 for my 06 Honda Civic EX and I was told that I can come in the next 3 days to have the exact same car wash for $5.00. I went today,Saturday 10 March 2018 and I showed my receipt and the car wash employee. They ran it through the tunnel and the under carriage water spray wash and the Hot liquid wax didn't work. I spoke to the cashier and she had them run it again. At this time I spoke to the car wash employee and told him what happened as well. He informed me that he knows. 5 or 6 cars later he finally had my car run through the tunnel and again the under carriage water spray wash did not come on but the Hot liquid wax did. Note, I observed 2 cars ahead of my car in the tunnel that under carriage water spray worked. I spoke to the cashier and explained the situation again and she spoke to the manager and he asked me if he wanted me to run it a 3rd time but seemed to be upset about the situation and looked at me like I was crazy. I said no I paid my $5.00 and told them I will never come back.
In my opinion they lied about what they advertise. I will get in touch with the better business bureau and make a formal complaint as well.

I just left Newburgh Auto Spa. I paid for the ultimate wash, when I got home I noticed they had done nothing to the inside of the car. Splatters on the backs of the back seat and foot prints. If I had only wanted to wash the outside of my car I would have gone to another car wash. Very disappointed.

Beware of the Managers. Initially quoted that standard rate for the full detail of a SUV is $229. But offered a discount $210. We gave the car. Later when I checked the standard rate list, the SUV was $154 (and oversized $175). When I complained to the manager he instantly offered to pay only $175. It was the same manager who initially quoted $229. They are not at all honest and strongly recommend doing your homework first. I believe he was trying to make the most bucks from customers who thought they would be honest. I brought this issue to the owner and he offered apology. They lost just lost their customer for 6 six years.
