We offer an ideal location ~ one minute to the mountain or the lake for year-round fun. We are a short drive to area schools: Colby-Sawyer, Dartmouth, and New England colleges or Proctor Academy. Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable rooms at reasonable prices with a great night’s sleep. All 12 motel rooms have a picture window overlooking Lake Sunapee and the State Beach with heat, air conditioning (seasonal), private bath, hair dryer, alarm clock, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV/VCR and complimentary videos for your nightly enjoyment.
