The service is not what I had expected. The employee rudely threw a bag of cookies toward my friend who didn’t know what was going on and I kindly asked the employee “can I please have two chocolate donut bars” and the man said “No. I’m done” I was very confused on why he said no. When I had not done anything. I didn’t realize someone next to me said “He makes you charge for waters.” I told the man, “I didn’t say that” and the man told me “No. out of you 3 you look the most familiar” and to me this does not make sense because this has never happened to me. I did not say anything about his business at all and the man refuses to serve me as I was apparently blamed for someone’s remark. I apologize to the employee for hearing someone saying he charges for water, but does that give him the right to not serve someone who has not said anything to him?

My favorite donut place in TO! Always fresh and delicious donuts with creative and unique flavors. My favorite is the cream puff, bacon donut, Kronut, ..... ! Many drink options and donuts alternatives as well.
