Do not use this company to help you collect debts. They are unethical and use illegal business practices to collect debt. They obviously don’t do their homework on each case. They call and tell you they will take your house, say things such as “ I see you have a lot of equity in your home” so we will see you in court.”Pathetic. Completely Illegal.
When all the issue was is that the hospital had never submitted it to insurance company. Miserable, heartless company. If you are harassed or intimidated by a debt collector, file a police report. File a complaint with the FCC and BBB. As we did in our situation. Do not use this company. Zero Integrity!!!
