Well, this contractor installs blinds, etc... for Home Depot. They finally called last week to arrange installation. When I got the message I called even though they were closed and left a message. It took them 2 days to get back to me. And when she did call she wanted to schedule the installation for that same day. What? As if I don't have other things to do and can just drop everything for their last minute schedule. When I told her that wouldn't work and told her what would work she said she'd get back to me. It's been 3 days and not a single word. Nothing. It's as if they are trying to punish us for not being available when they wanted us to be. Their phone line is always busy so we can't even get through to them. Needless to say we contacted Home Depot and they aren't very happy with this company either and said they've been looking to replace them as their installer. So, if anyone out there owns an installation company you should contact Home Depot because they are looking for someone new to work with.
