The rent price is fair , the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations and when the A/C kicks on the condenser lines run next to the master bedroom, so you hear a wooshing sound through the night. It takes some getting used to, but cheap rent is the trade off. Any issues were always fixed that day by maintenance.
