I called to ask a question. The lady that answered the phone yelled at me because I wasn't sure if I was calling the correct place. She was very hard to understand. I've worked in the customer service field for many years and I know very well that is not the correct way to treat a customer. Almost everytime I went in there, I had to argue with them about our commercial vehicle tags. They knew exactly who I was and they still gave me crap for having out of state insurance. Mustang Tag Agency is so much better and they actually have more than two peoe working there at all times.
