I’m so happy I decided to go here! This is the best customer service I’ve ever received at any bank. I had an appointment with Angel today, that I was very nervous about going into due to my credit history. He was extremely helpful and accommodating as I don’t have much credit established. He helped me set up a checking account and when looking into options for a credit card, made me feel so comfortable and comfortable the whole time while thinking about it. I didn’t feel pressured at any point or forced to make a decision. Now I know why so many people vouch and stand behind BECU. Never going anywhere else again.
