poor service and mediocre food

I ordered from Guidos and the first thung rhat came ouy of their mouth was , "Guidos, what you want? " rude!

I then proceeded to give my order and it felt like they were rushing me and wanted to get me off the phone. He then told me it would be about 45 min and tried to hang up without telling me my total or asking how I would be paying.
I felt like an invaluable customer. I will be deeply reconsidering ordering from there again.
