Like most corporate medical facilities, this one has cut back on staff and between a confusing webpage, having to navigate a phone tree which gave me irrelevant information and no human, I went to their office to get their test kit and their overwork phlebotomist made me wait 30 min to ask about the kit, then gave me a kit which I discovered was the wrong one when I got home. That cost me about 90 minutes of my time and the release of cortisol! I am looking for an independent lab, but they all seem to have failed as corporate medicine has entrenched out health care system. We deserve better! That is why I support Single Payor or Medicare for All.
