Stay Away from this place! It is the most unprofessional Dental practice, with the worst customer service ever!

I have taken my daughter's friend, Liz to her orthodontic appointment twice now, and both times we have waited more then an hour, to see her orthodontist, Oh and I should add that their waiting room felt like I was at the DMV. A real cold and uncomfortable place. What really boggled my mind was when Liz's orthodontist removed her braces they were unable to locate her top retainer, so they told her to not eat any hard food, and scheduled an appointment for a week later.

I drove Liz to her appointment and again after waiting more then an hour they called her in and again were unable to locate her retainer. Western Dental Office Manager, Alma told us that the lab didn't send the retainer the day before and that they would have to schedule another appointment to get her retainer. It has been more then a week since her braces were removed and still no retainer, and it appears it will be another week before she'll have one.

While scheduling her next appointment the Office Manager, Alma had no sympathy whatsoever. It honestly appeared to me that this sort of thing happens all the time. I feel real bad for Liz having to go through all this nonsense. However, I am totally relieved I didn't choose Western Dental for my children's orthodontic care.
