BUT - who wants to stand around forever while a hot dog is heated on a grill? They are already fully cooked.
The smartest dog houses keep a small supply steaming and ready at a moments notice. Same with the rolls.
Also hot dog chili is not the same as a bowl of chili - the meat should be finely ground.
