Submitting for a friend without a computer. Her items were sent here by Servpro of Newington for items damaged by water in her basement. The short story is:

--Many items returned damaged or shrunk worse than when they went.

--Many items went missing and were never accounted for, such as rugs. Even after many phone calls, no resolutions were made...people weren't very nice.

--Unfortunately, insurance company paid the $3000 bill without confirming satisfaction, so restitution became impossible.
