I have been taking all my animals to Dr. Bill since I was 19 years old, I am now a grandmother so that's a long time. Dr. Bill is the best with the best group of people, John, Wendy and his entire staff. They always have time to squeeze you in are always helpful and most importantly they are kind. The only place I will go.

By far the best veterinarian in the state. Care about animals period. You don't lose your paycheck to treat your pet here. They are busy and at times you must call a couple times to get through, bit I've always gotten in immediately with an emergency situation or in reasonable time for routine matters. Dr Haines supported my rescue for over a decade and has helped many abandoned animals for no charge. I've been going to him for almost 20 years and he's always been there for me and my pets. His honesty and expertise have been priceless. He does not do specialty care but he is an amazing general practitioner. The renovated waiting room looks fantastic and seeing the same familiar faces all of these years makes you feel like family. No staff turnover, no unnecessary products or fluffed up charges. I pray he's around at least another 20 years!

Have been trying to make an appointments for 3 days!! Ie erytime I call I gert an answering machine ....I have left 3 messages and NO CALL BACK. Taking my business elsewhere

Dr. Bill and company care about animals, those with homes and those that have been thrown out by irresponsible and uncaring people. The same kindness is shown to throw away animals as shown to beloved family pets.

I would tell them that I have been a client of there's for many many yrs and that I can not belive how the conpassion that I once felt there for my animals and me just isn't there. Now It seems to be how many clients they can push through.
