Privately owned. The owner is is an 'old world' Italian barber that really knows his craft and give a great haircut for a terrific value. I have been going here for the past seven or eight years and could not possibly be happier. He also has a lady stylist on staff that does my daughter's hair. A great family hair stylist/barber.
