Amazing! Wonderful!

My friend and I have gone here and few times after we work out, and we have not been disappointed! The service is really friendly and the employees are lighthearted and good natured! The older, poor reviews must have been gone when there was a different staff. Good deals & coupons! We've received gel manicures (which they suggested and we were very happy they did!) and pedicures here. Love it and highly recommend it

It was great when they first opened, while they were trying to get new clients. Now they are AWFUL and have no apologies for such bad work. I was one of their 1st customers and was treated well until they got "too busy." My last three appointments I had to wait for over 1/2 hour. When I asked why I am waiting when I have an appointment Cindy told me they are busy and they do their best. When I explained the point in making an appointment she unapologetically said they do their best to keep appointments but they have a lot of clients now, I should make an appointment during the week.

They also try to sell upgrades and other services throughout your entire experience. Since they know my services and no longer try for the up-sell, they don't have time for me.

In addition, one of the employees cut my toenails so I had very painful ingrown nails when they grew back.

Oasis is a very expensive, unprofessional, shady place and I highly recommend you save your money and try one of the many other salons in the area. My entire family used to go there, after this last experience we are taking our hundreds of dollars a month elsewhere.

They are advertising Novalash but as far as I can tell they are not a certified novalash retailer. "Buyer Beware"

Worst Experience ever!! Do not...

Worst Experience ever!! Do not go here! I went for a pedicure with gift certificates I was told I could use each $14. I reiterated when I arrived that I had these and was planning on using them she said that was fine. Once escorted to my chair the woman told me I needed to get an upgraded pedicure that was on special for $50. I said so I'll pay the difference of $22 for this service. After the service was complete and I had handed over the gift certificates, she told me they could not be used. The manager refused to budge, I asked to speak with the owner who then started screaming at me over the phone and threatened to call the police if I didn't pay.

Someone else I know that had been there had a similar experience with having a gift certificate and being told they had to pay more.

These people obviously have no idea how to conduct business in a professional manor and are taking advantage of people. This obviously is their MO for running a business.

Stay Away!

HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT!!!!!...

HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT!!!!!!

Please don't go there!!

Beautiful faciliity, BUT they are there just to make money! They attracted me when i first went there with the discount offers, make you feel really good when you come in with luring facility and staff standing at the door.

Horrible padeicure, the girl who did pedicure cut my toes nails to the skin and i hated teh sape of my nails the entire month. She wasn't courteous at all. No smile, nothing.

Next visit, a little fat lady (didn't see her before), she took me to the Gel color counter and literally forced me to get it done mentioning everybody is getting it done. The guy started doing it. I asked him how you take it off, a girl sitting next to me mentioned, you have to come down here to get it off. I asked the guy if that's true. He said, it's teh same thing as teh regular enamel. I said ok. Came back, liked it as it didn't come off for 2 weeks, but sfater that i tried to take if off, didn't come off. I left it like that and one day my nail broke off right in teh middle and i was in deep pain and i was super busy and couldn't even make a trip to any mail place to 3 months. It's after 3 months, i got time to visit that place to let them know what i went through.

Do you guys know what's the response i got?

The maanger didn't apologize a single time and said that i should have asked how to take it off and i should have called to check how to take it off.

I undertsand i shouls have asked more and more quetsions before i even got it done. But the manager should have atleast apologized to hear what i went through just because of the communication problems as the staff is not proficient in English.

I am a very generous person and i normally ignore these type of issues, What killed me the most was the Manager's response!!

Great facility but not so good customer service and even services!!

I really want to speak to teh owner of the place and let him know my experinece!!

99% of this nail salon is fantastic. I've been a number of times, had services that ranged from manicures/pedicures, to massages, to eye brown tinting. It is exceptionally clean, and for the most part, everyone there is professional and curtious. One word of caution -- avoid any services with Coco. She is enough to give the place a bad rap.

It was the worst pedicure I ever had. The staff was unprofessional. They pushed services throughout our service (I went with a friend). The woman who did my pedi was not friendly at all, and actually cut my toe to the point of bleeding and wasn't even apologetic. My friend and I were disgusted and will never go back.

Favorite New Nail & Spa!

Oasis is truly a rare find! Conveniently located on the Berlin Turnpike, the interior of Oasis is fresh and clean (I've too often walked into nail salons thinking that they were run down and dingy...). Not only did I receive a virtually pain free brazilian wax, but I also received a gel manicure complete with shoulder massage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail spa to everyone! They also have a membership card program which I opted to take advantage of. The membership program requires the purchase of a $200 card (much like a gift card), which when used to pay for your visits entitles you to 30% off of your treatments.

LOVE IT

Heard from someone to try it out... Tried it today and OMG loved it!!! EXPENSIVE but for the end of the month of February they are having everything 30% off!!!! My nails look amazing and after they did my nails the gave my hands a massage and a hot towel; all included in the price. There is also someone who massages your shoulders for a couple of minutes while your nails dry or you can pay $10 for 10 minutes. The atmosphere was calming which helped me relax and destress.
